AS AVERAGE AS A WEEK CAN GET

Another summer week, and averages hew pretty much to YTD averages.  First-Class flats are off a bit with 49% on time, but that’s our wild card every week.  If you’re mailing flats, you’ve got a taste for adventure anyway.
